Firstly we thank Almighty Allah for his blessing to fulfil the hajj
arranged, managed, and supervised by you and your wonderful guides.

We want to pay a small gesture of gratitude to you, and your "army" of
guides, who were there, in whichever direction we looked, to answer our needs.

Your package facilities seemed too good to be true, considering its competitive cost, which made us, to be honest, rather doubtful at first. We must say now, you have delivered what you promised and more, having experienced it all and completed the hajj rituals rightly and smoothly and returned safely home.

Our thanks are due to Dr. Mohammed Abdullah, and Sheikh Mohammed Swaity for their guidance.

Last but not least we will never forget how, when we left ahead of the rest of the group, you personally and kindly escorted us to the departure headquarter and what is more you personally handled our baggage because of the health condition of myself and my wife.

I wanted to thank you for the service provided by Labbaik for my Hajj & Umrah trip this year. Alhamdulilah everything went very well. The accommodation, transport, facilities etc were well and good.

The Ramada in Madinah was beautiful. The Hotel in Azizyah/Jamarat was also comfortable and a very intelligent choice due to its closeness to Mina etc. The tents in Mina were comfortable and quite compared to the very busy streets outside. The tents provided in Arafat were amazing. And lastly the Al Shohadah was just beautiful especially the incredibly large breakfast provided there.

I especially appreciated the arrangements made to move us between sites at the most convenient and quietest of times. Labbaik clearly displayed their experience & knowledge in Hajj tours by the advice they provided.

Just emailing you on behalf of our group of five, to thank you and the Labbaik team on all the hard work you have put in to make our first Hajj as easy and enjoyable as it was.
May Allah reward you and accept both your hajj and ours. We really did not know what to expect preparing for this journey, but we felt that we have been taken care of every step of the way and for that we would like to say jazakallah khair.

Alhamdulillah we have now arrived in London safely and did not have any issues leaving Jeddah. We pray that the rest of our trip goes just as smoothly inshallah.
We want to thank you, sheikh Motaz for all your patience with us in the lead up to this trip, I know we were not easy to deal with. We would also like to send our thanks to Abdulrahman for all his hard work on our itinerary, and Abdulraheem for all his hard work in Saudia and for seeing us off to the airport. We did not get a chance to thank both sheikh Muhamed Swaity and Muhamed Abdullah, please pass our salaams and our thanks to them.
