That pilgrim is in good health, free from contagiou disease and had immunisation for MENINGITIS (ACYW 135).
Letter of introduction.
From Islamic Society/Centre that applicant is Muslim
Airlines Ticket. Original, Confirmed.
Certificates. (certified copies) marriage certificate for Couples and Birth Certificate for child and brother/sister, travelling together.

Mehrem.

Ladies under 45 years must be accom-panied by a relative who is Mehrem and is over 15 years.Provide certified copy of marriage and/or birth certificate. Ladies over 45 years may travel in a group provided they are five or more in number and the leader is accompanied by his wife.

Foreign Passports.

Must have a valid residency permit in Australia/New Zealand for 2 years or more.
