Contract Travel Agent.
Ensure that your Hajj organiser is a Licensed Travel Agent or is contracted to one for arranging travel.
Hajj Visa.
Ensure that the organiser is authorised by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj to obtain Hajj Visas for a group for this year.
Experience.
Ensure that the organiser has the years of experience that this complex task demands and is not a new comer.
Testimonials.
Your best guide is what the Previous clients of the organiser say about His service. Talk to them first.
Hajj Program.
A proper Hajj Program should provide for a stay in Makkah before and after Hajj. Stay in Madinah for 8days/40 Salats, best before Hajj. Stay in Jeddah is not required as it deprives of staying in Makkah and finishing Hajj properly..
Air Travel.
Check Airlines used and that seats are held by the Airline for the group for dates advertised. Don’t be stranded!
Hotels.
Insist on actual hotel names and check on their grade and location. A vague statement indicates a lower grade/location or even that no hotels are booked yet !
Education & Guidance.
Check that the organiser has in place a Hajj educational Program and enough learned guides are Travelling with the group.
